Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. To qualify for a full refund, products must be returned in their original condition. Products that have been used, consumed, damaged, or altered beyond what is necessary to inspect them may be subject to a partial refund or refusal of refund where permitted by applicable law.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement by email or by submitting our Withdrawal Request Form.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (where applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

Returning Goods

Goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
